Academy Director
The Academy director manages all aspects of an Academy to include HR, customer relations, financial systems, quality control and facility management. The Director actively develops and maintains positive customer & community relations, manages the school budget, utilization goals, and leads a strong working relationships with state licensing representative.

- Candidates must hold a four year degree in ECE or Child Development with a minimum of two years of experience working as a Director or Assistant Director.
Education Director
The Education Director leads academy policies and procedures and develops a team of outstanding teachers, and focusing on student retention. This role builds positive relationships with the families and staff and facilitates the overall success of the classrooms.

- Candidates must be 21 years of age and have an Associate’s degree in ECE or Child Development and at least two years of experience working in a child care center.
Lead Teacher
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children. They ensure that the needs of parents, children, and classroom staff are met.

- Candidates must be at least 19 years of age and have a minimum of 60 semester hours from an accredited college or university with six semester hours of courses directly related to child care or child development.

Assistant Teachers support the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children as directed by the Lead teacher.
